    If you are on a vacation to experience the unique cuisine of Vietnam, there is nothing beats taking a home cooking lesson from master Vietnamese chefs. In Chef Ai’s cooking class, you will be free to pick your own ingredients and follow Chef Ai’s directions for making the dish.

    Home cooking lesson taught by chef Vu Thi Ngoc Ai, a finalist in MasterChef Vietnam with over 15 years of experience cooking at home for more than six JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency) members is a wonderful opportunity for tourists to have an in-depth knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine.

    Listening to intriguing anecdotes about Hanoi’s renowned beverages, making your own flavors with fish sauce, and making your own meals under the attentive instruction of the skilled Chef Ai are all wonderful experiences.

    Notes:

    • To prevent stomachaches caused by unfamiliar spices, some typical spices will be swapped with more familiar spices in specific recipes.
    • Each visitor will be provided one of the following beverages: one soft drink, one lavie, or one local beer.
    • Cooking classes may not be appropriate for children under the age of five since some kitchen equipment can be hazardous to kids. Parents ought to consider this before registering to participate.

    Cooking Half-Day Tour with Chef Ai

    Morning Tour

    The journey begins at 9:00 a.m. At that time, you and your tour guides will be picked up and transported to Vinh Phuc market for shopping and sightseeing.

    Between 9:35 and 9:45 a.m., you will be moved to Chef Ai’s home, a lovely and warm modest home with local features. While reading about the program’s culinary class food and engaging in a thorough conversation with Chef Ai, have some welcome tea.

    From 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., roll up your hands and begin preparing three different dishes from the menu of your choice with Chef Ai’s enthusiastic supervision and guidance. You will experience rich Vietnamese cuisine with brilliant local colors and connect with global culinary culture while learning how to produce distinctive and appealing meals using only the finest ingredients.

    You will have time to break for lunch and have some tea between 12:30 and 1:30 p.m. before your journey finishes.

     

    Afternoon Tour

    The journey begins at 3:30 p.m. At that time, you and your tour guides will be picked up and transported to Vinh Phuc market for shopping and sightseeing.

    Between 4:00 and 4:15 p.m., you will be moved to Chef Ai’s home, a lovely and warm modest home with local features. While reading about the program’s culinary class food and engaging in a thorough conversation with Chef Ai, have some welcome tea.

    From 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., roll up your hands and begin preparing three different dishes from the menu of your choice with Chef Ai’s enthusiastic supervision and guidance. You will experience rich Vietnamese cuisine with brilliant local colors and connect with global culinary culture while learning how to produce distinctive and appealing meals using only the finest ingredients.

    You will have time to break for dinner between 6:30 and 7:30 p.m. before your journey finishes.
